How to Redeem

1. Bookings essential on the numbers above quoting your coupon number.

2. To confirm your booking click redeemed on your coupons listing from your Gozappi Account under Purchases Tab > Coupons.

3. The Seller will confirm your booking by Accepting your redemption on the Gozappi App under their seller account login.

4. Once the provider has completed fulfilling the service, the coupon will be marked as redeemed.

5. Book early to secure your desired date and time. 

Changes to Booking

1. Contact us on the details above to cancel your booking.

2. Seller will cancel your coupon redemption and you’ll be able to redeem at a more suitable time.

3. ‘No shows’ without contacting the seller will be considered as services completed which means that you have used up your coupon and will not be able to redeem again.

4. 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Cancellations

‘Cooling Off Period’ means that you can change your mind within 7 days from date of purchase and be able to receive a refund.
