How to Redeem

1. Bookings essential on (08) 8162 5279 quoting your coupon number.
2. To confirm your booking click redeemed on your coupons listing from your Gozappi Account.
3. Once the provider has completed fulfilling the service, the coupon will be marked as redeemed.
4. Coupons can not be exchanged for cash.
5. Book early to secure your desired date and time. 

Changes to Booking

1. Contact us on (08) 8162 5279 to cancel your booking.
2. Seller will cancel your coupon redemption and you’ll be able to redeem at a more suitable time.
3. ‘No shows’ without contacting the seller will be considered as services completed which means that you have used up your coupon and will not be able to redeem again.
4. 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Cancellations

Gozappi's 'Cooling Off Period’ means that you can change your mind within 7 days from the date of purchase and be able to receive a refund.  Please refer to Gozappi's  Refund Policy for more information.
