Purpose of this article:

In this article, you will learn how to create a new offer from an existing offer by using the Copy Offer Feature rather than create a similar offer from scratch. 


What you will need:

You will need to have an offer already created. 


Step 1: Copy Offer

Regardless of the status of each offer, you can make an exact copy of the offer by selecting Copy Offer from the Actions dropdown which is located on the far-right column of the Offer Listing table.


Step 2: Edit Existing Offer

Once you have successfully copied an offer, you will be redirected to the detail page of the new offer where you start making edits to the offer. 

Make sure you change the offer name which will by default have (copy) at the end of the offer name. 

Here are the fields you will need to add again with relevant information for the new offer. 

  • Offer Images:  Copy offer feature does not copy images so you will need to upload images for this new offer.
  • Offer Terms and Conditions:  Choose from an existing list of terms created earlier or create a new one.
  • Publish Options:  Choose where you’d like this new offer to be published.
  • Set Dates for Offer Start, Offer Expiry and Offer Redemption
  • Assign to Segment:  Choose the Contact Group and Contact List you’d like your buyers and those who have to wish-listed your offers to be assigned to.
  • Once you have satisfactorily completed all the requirements click:
  • Save And Publish This will publish your offer to the selected location once it has been approved by Admin
  • Save As Draft:  This will save your offer as a draft and will not be visible to your prospects or customers.
