This feature allows you to make an exact copy from an existing autoresponder email and save it as a new autorepsonder email without having to start from scratch.
Follow the steps below to copy an autoresponder and saving it as a new autoresponder email.
STEP 1: From the Nurture Module > Autoresponder tab, locate the autoresponder email and select Copy Autoresponder from the Action Menu located on the far left of the table.
STEP 2: Then make the necessary edits name, subject and autoresponder category if applicable.
STEP 3: Choose the Group or List containing the target contacts who you want to receive this autoresponder email.
STEP 4: Set the triggers (criteria) for when this autoresponder should be sent to the Group and List. You can choose the trigger to be by any one of the following:
